1. Please fill 本隐私政策仅适用于奥乐齐（中国）投资有限公司（“奥乐齐中国”或“我们”）或其关联公司通过奥乐齐产品信息管理系统（“奥乐齐PIM系统”）向您提供的访问权限、产品及/或服务。

2. 本隐私政策下的个人信息控制者是奥乐齐(中国)投资有限公司；注册地址：上海市徐汇区淮海中路1045号9幢楼303-304室；个人信息保护负责人联系方式： privacy@aldi.cn。

3.鉴于奥乐齐PIM系统的性质，我们通过该系统收集的信息在一般情形下不涉及个人信息。但我们依然可能会在某些情形下，收集、处理您或相关人员的个人信息。我们使用致力于对个人信息的保护，并将按照法律法规的要求，尽力保护您或相关人员的个人信息安全。

4. 为了注册成为奥乐齐PIM系统的用户，您需要提供用企业名称和电子邮箱，并设置登录密码。注册成功后，您可以使用相应的企业名称、电子邮箱和密码登录奥乐齐PIM系统。

5.在正式开始使用奥乐齐PIM系统之前，您必须完善您的主体信息，包括不限于营业执照、统一社会信用代码、生产经营场所地址以及相关资质证件。您可能还需指定您的授权代表或联系人，并在奥乐齐PIM系统中提供该授权代表或联系人的姓名、职位、手机号、电子邮箱、即时通信方式和账号等必要信息，用于与奥乐齐PIM系统或产品信息相关的联系、通知。

6.在使用奥乐齐PIM系统的过程中，我们也可能根据法律、法规、相关标准或行业实践收集相关个人信息，包括但不限于：产品检验检测信息中包含的个人信息，如负责人的姓名、联系方式、相关资质和证书；其他为了执行产品信息管理和质量控制所需要收集的个人信息。

7. 若你提供的信息中含有其他个人的个人信息，在向奥乐齐PIM系统提供这些个人信息前，您需确保您已经取得合法的授权同意。

8.如果您使用个人设备访问奥乐齐PIM系统，我们还可能出于数据安全的目的处理您的设备信息（设备型号、操作系统版本、应用程序版本、唯一设备标识符、设备环境等软硬件特征信息、您授权的GPS位置以及WLAN接入点、蓝牙和基站等传感器信息等）和服务日志信息（指浏览、点击查看、搜索、输入信息、IP地址、使用语言、访问日期和时间等）。

9.您充分理解并同意，我们在以下情况下收集、使用您的个人信息无需您的授权同意，且我们可能不会响应您提出的个人信息的查询、更正、删除、注销、授权范围变更、撤回同意、索取信息的请求：与我们履行法律法规规定的义务相关的；与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；与刑事侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的；根据个人信息主体要求签订和履行合同所必需的；从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；维护所提供产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，如发现、处置产品或服务的故障；与我们履行产品质量义务相关的，包括但不限于产品的追溯、回溯和召回等。

10. 作为业务经营的一部分，我们使用的部分服务提供商可能有权不时访问并代表我们使用我们持有的个人信息。我们会与其签署严格的保密协定，要求他们按照我们的要求、本隐私政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。

11. 基于法律和执法机关的要求，包括但不限于有关产品的召回、回溯、追溯等原因，我可能向主管部门或有权机关共享相关数据和个人信息，但会严格限制共享的范围和数量。

12.如果您发现自己的个人信息发生泄漏，请您立即联系我们，以便我们根据您的申请通知平台采取措施。若不幸发生个人信息安全事件，我们将按照法律法规的要求报告主管机关并向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已经采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们同时将及时通过邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您事件的相关情况。若难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式公布信息。同时，我们将按照监管部门的要求，上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。

13.您的个人信息储存在中华人民共和国境内。我们只会在达成本政策所述目的所需的期限内保存您的个人信息，除非需要延长保存期或受到法律、法规、政策或标准的允许。例如《中华人民共和国网络安全法》要求留存相关的网络日志不少于6个月。《食品追溯信息记录要求》规定信息记录保存期限不少于保质期满后6个月；没有明确保质期的，保存期限不少于2年。《电子商务交易产品可追溯性通用规范》要求追溯信息保存时间不少于2年。超出保存期间后，我们会根据法律要求删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息。

Please fill This privacy policy only applies to the access authorization, products and/or services provided to you through the ALDI PIM platform by ALDI (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (“ALDI CHINA” or “we” or “us”) or its affiliates.

The controller of the personal information under this private policy is ALDI (China) Investment Co., Ltd., with the registered address of Room 303-304, Building 9, Middle Huaihai Road 1045, Xuhui District, Shanghai; the person responsible for the protection of personal information may be contacted via privacy@aldi.cn.

Due to the nature of the ALDI PIM system, the information we collect through such system are not personal information in normal circumstance. However, under certain circumstances, we may still collect and process the personal information of you or other relevant persons. We commit to the protection of personal information, and will use our best efforts to protect its safety as required by the laws and regulations.

To register as a user of the ALDI PIM system, you need to provide your enterprise name and e-mail address, and then create a password. After finishing the registration, you will be able to log in the system with the enterprise name, e-mail address and password.

Before actually using the ALDI PIM system, you must provide all entity information to be required, including but not limited to the business license, unified social credit code, production and operation premises, and other relevant qualification licenses and certificates. You may also need to designate you authorized representative or contact person, and provide the necessary information of such person to the system, such as his or her name, title, cellphone number, e-mail address, real-time contact method and account for the correspondences and notices regarding the system or product information.

When using the ALDI PIM system, there is also possibility that we collect personal information as required by the applicable laws, regulations, standards or industrial practices, including but not limited to the personal information contained in the products’ inspection and test information, such as the name, contact, qualification and license of the responsible person, and; other personal information collected for the needs of information management and quality control for the products.

You need to procure legitimate authorization and consent before providing the ALDI PIM system with any information that contains any personal information of other persons.

If you use a personal device to visit the ALDI PIM system, for data security, we may also process the information regarding your devices (model, operation system version, app version, unique device identifier, device environment and other software and hardware features, your authorized GPS location and WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station and other sensor information, etc.) and service log (referring to information browsed, clicked into, searched and input, IP address, language used, access date and time, etc.).

You fully understand and acknowledge that, under the following circumstances, we do not need your authorization or consent before collecting or using your personal information, and it is possible that we will not respond to your request to inquire, correct, delete, cancel, change the authorization scope of, cancel your consent to or seek for your personal information: related to the fulfillment of our obligations under laws and regulations; directly related to national security and national defense security; directly related to public security, public health, and the public’s major interests; directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, judgement executions, etc.; necessary for entering into and performing contracts as required by the subjects of the personal information; when the personal information is collected from legally publicized resources, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels; necessary for safe and stable operation of products and services, such as discovering and disposing of their failures; related to our obligations regarding product quality, including but not limited to product tracing, tracking, and recalling.

As a part of our businesses, some of the service providers engaged by us may have the right to access and use the personal information held by us on our behalf from time to time. We will execute strict confidentiality agreements with them, and request them to handle the personal information according to our requirements, this privacy policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

As required by the laws and law enforcement authorities, for reasons including product recalling, tracing, tracking, etc., we may share the relevant personal information and data to the competent departments or authorities, within a strictly restricted scope and volume.

If you discovers a leakage of your own personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can inform the platform to take measures based on your notification. In case of any security event regarding personal information, we will report to the competent authorities and have you informed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. We will inform you: the basic conditions and possible impact of the security event, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions on how you can prevent and reduce risks on your own, remedies to you, etc. We will also promptly inform you of the event via email, letter, telephone, pushes, etc. If it is difficult to inform the personal information’s subjects one by one, we will adopt a reasonable and effective way to publicize the information. Meanwhile, we will report the handling of personal information security event in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.

Your personal information is stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. We will only store your personal information for the period necessary to realize the targets under this policy, unless otherwise permitted by the laws, regulations, policies or standards. For instance, as required by the Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the relevant network logs shall be kept for no less than 6 months; as required by the Requirements for Food Tracing Information Records, the information records shall not be kept for no less than 6 months after the expiration of the warranty period; if there is no explicit warranty period, the records shall not be kept for no less than 2 years; as required by the General Specifications for Traceability of Products in E-commerce Transactions, the tracing information shall be kept for no less than 2 years. After the period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the laws.
